Our Beliefs

Secondary Title

At Community Life, you will hear the words "gospel" and "grace" repeated because it is the most important truth that we can know and experience. The gospel is not merely a message that needs to be shared with non-Christians, but also with Christians. It is not something that mature Christians move on from, but rather something that they move deeper into. The gospel is the lens in which we should view theology, ministry, and all aspects of life.

The Apostle Paul defined the word "gospel" concisely in 1st Corinthians 15: 3-5 when he wrote, "Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that He appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve." Simply put, the gospel is all about Jesus' life, death and resurrection, and the implications it has for us.

Dress at Community Life is very casual ... unless you just feel like dressing up. In that case, go all out! You'll probably see flip flops and dress shoes. The truth is, we care more about you than your shoes.

      Created to Worship

Secondary Title

We believe we were designed and created intentionally by God for a purpose. When we live for the purpose we were designed for then (1) our full potential met, and (2) our desired outcome is also met.

We believe that mankind's chief end is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.

We believe that our purpose in life is to Worship God, bringing Him praise and glory in adoration. We are wired to worship all day every day in what we do and what we say, not just on Sundays.
